Very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in a central and quiet location, close to the Hotel Parador, the famous Carabeo street and 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Balcon de Europa. Within a small and quiet typical Andalusian urbanisation in the heart of Nerja. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa. It has 3 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, spacious lounge/dining room, 2 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Fully fitted kitchen. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom, with double bed, on the third floor you have a bedroom with double bed. It has a roof terrace to enjoy the sun in private.
Ideal for families or couples.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a bakery within a few minutes walk for all budgets. The house is located right between the beautiful old streets of the village and the wonderful beach of Burriana.
