Nonna Anna is situated in one of the oldest areas of Ravello, in Lacco area . Though once at the property the views will surely reward all visitors; the house has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a studio with a sofa bed for 2 sleeps, a combined kitchen/living, 2 bathrooms and a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Perfect for families and couples
The bus stop to reach the villages of Scala, Pontone and Amalfi is located at about 500mt from the property. If you arrive with your car in Ravello, Simone and his team will take good care of it. The parking lot "Al Ponte" is open from 8 am to midnight and offers complimentary valet service (pickup and delivery at your holiday home, or at the closest point open to traffic). The daily cost is 20,00 including the delivery of the car. We suggest you to book the parking in advance. Nonna Anna is situated in one of the oldest areas of Ravello, in Lacco area . It is an apartment restored the 2008 and reachable by a series of approximately 15 outdoor; widely graded steps, only a short walk from the characteristic Piazza Fontana and just 10 minutes walk from Ravello's square and shops are at 50/100 mt away. Though once at the property the views will surely reward all visitors; The arch windows panorama looks directly down across the sea! The apartment is well equipped and is on 2 levels: First level: A specious open plan kitchen complete of stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle A living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea, chimney and TV A bedroom with a double bed; A bedroom with a single bed A complete bathroom with a Jacuzzi; A terrace overlooking the sea, village of Minori, Maiori and the mountains; the terrace is furnished with table and chairs. The bedrooms and the living/dining give on to the same terrace. The second level is located getting down few steps from the dining area and is made up of: A studio with a double sofa bed and a complete and connected bathroom with a shower Please note: there is not the PC that is in the picture; internet is only available in the living/dining kitchen area; Parking not available in the property but it is possible to book a garage with velvet service at the daily cost of 25,00 Bus stop, car park, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk.
