Just 3 km from Collevecchio, in the Lazio countryside, lies this charming 17th century country house. Situated on a hill overlooking the countryside, this holiday home surrounded by greenery offers a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals and spacious secluded outdoor areas. The convenient location allows you to explore the Sabina region, famous for its olive oil production. Thanks to its central location in the Lazio region, you can easily reach Rome, Viterbo, Spoleto and Todi (within an hour's drive). Be sure to visit Lake Bracciano (58 km), which has become a popular holiday destination over the years thanks to its well-equipped beaches. Spread over two floors, the house has been renovated in a classic style and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere and special features such as the bathroom preserved in the rocks. At your disposal are toaster, kettle, mosquito nets on all windows. Please note that the area where the house is located is subject to a special waste separation programme. In the neighbourhood: horse riding, public swimming pool, supermarket and restaurant.

Dieses Haus ist eine Perle inmitten einer ruhigen und schönen Landschaft. Für Menschen die Natur und Ruhe suchen abseits vom Massentourismus. Aber man kann vor dort viele Ausflüge unternehmen z.B. nach Rom
Auch für unseren Hund war es perfekt.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer, veel zit ruimte.
Mooie grote tuin, de veranda is prima vertoeven in de avond.
Wil je richting Rome? dat kan met de trein heel goed. Als je specifiek naar Vaticaan stad wil adviseren wij toch de auto, dit is inclusief file/langzaamrijdend verkeer sneller dan via het OV.
Helaas wel veel blaffende honden in de buurt.
