Das Haus liegt schön am See, mit tollem Blick auf den See und die Berge in der Ferne und spektakulärem Sonnenuntergang. Es ist für Hundebesitzer gut geeignet.

An der Einrichtung nagt der Zahn der Zeit. Die Küche ist uralt und entsprechend abgenutzt. Die Außenanlage ist ungepflegt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses im Angebot wird der Situation vor Ort nicht gerecht, sondern erweckt eine falsche Vorstellung.
