Arrasate Center is an exclusive and modern brand new flat. It is located right in the centre of San Sebastian, in Arrasate street, just 2 minutes walk from La Concha beach, in the most commercial area of San Sebastian and with all kinds of services. The San Martín shopping centre is 50 metres away.
The flat has been completely refurbished with top quality materials and equipment. The decoration has been taken care of to the detail and it has all kinds of comforts. It occupies the fifth floor of a building with a lift and the quality of the materials used in all the windows provide a noise-free environment.
It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower trays. The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances and complete kitchenware.

Apartment was perfectly located. Only issues was very noisy at night as on corner of two streets. The noise added to the sense of being in Europe. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, their was a lot of space for 4 of us, and the location is extremely convenient. I appreciate that the host allowed us to check in after midnight as we were driving from Madrid.
