The Garden studio is a delightful private studio which is part of our property but totally private just of Kensington high street. It is a lovely light and airy space that has been newly converted decorated and refurbished in a fresh, contemporary and comfortable style.
It is perfect for a couple on a trip to London or for exhibitors and visitors to Olympia exhibition centre.
It has a double bed, a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and chairs. It has its own private entrance from a quiet cobbled mews and overlooks our garden which it has use of.
The location is close to Olympia overground station and is 10 mins walk to Earl’s Court, Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations. From high st Kensington 100 Yard’s from the studio, buses go all over London and Westfield shopping centre is one stop on the overground or a 10 min walk.
Less than a 2 minute walk is Olympia exhibition centre which holds many exhibitions and Interesting events. and so the cottage is an ideal place to stay if you are an exhibitor or visiting.
Close by are the beautiful Holland Park, Hyde park and Kensington Gardens along with Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, V and A museum, science Museum and Natural History museum.
High St Kensington boasts a great many shops and restaurants , cafes and beautiful characterful pubs.

This adorable cottage was the perfect spot for my home base during my trip to London. It was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, plus the train station is a very short walk away, so exploring London was easy. Wonderful communication from the host.

Nice tiny kitchenette. Good location of the appartment, line 9 stops nearby that brings you straight to Piccadilly circus. Bed was super! Only 1 suggestion: put up some curtains at the little indows, they let in too much light. But further: great, I'd recommend it!!!

Quiet refuge when visiting London. Coming back to the flat each evening was a joy. Everything you need for breakfast and lunch. High street is 2 minute walk. Great shopping. #9 bus is on high street which will get you to all the tourist spots. Grocery stores/pubs/coffee very close.
