The apartment forms part of the Blue Harbour holiday apartments and this Seafront Holiday Apartment with terrace is located on the 3rd floor. The apartment is few months old internally but with a 1920’s art nouveau facade.
It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a small terrace with outdoor furniture and gas bbq overlooking the sea. Apartment is also fully air conditioned
At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.
Apartment Specifications:
1) 70sq m internal area, 3rd floor with lift, 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom with shower.
2) 2 low steps at the entrance leading towards an elevator
Facilities:
1) Fast unlimited Wifi internet in all the rooms and Iptv with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.
2) Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
3) Iron and ironing board and washing machine. Hair dryer available on request.
4) Cots, highchairs, Dvd player and coffee machine are available on request.
5) Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter.
6) Towels and bed sheets are provided.
In the area:
2 Small swimming zones at 200m/800m (pebbly/rocky/concrete/sandy seabed)
Major Sandy beaches – 3km to 7km (5min to 25 min by bus)
Bus stops for main bus routes – 50m

0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week
150 kWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week
These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.

This lovely two bedroom seafront holiday apartment with terrace is located on St. Paul’s Bay promenade. The view from the small front terrace is spectacular. Malta’s best beaches are a short bus ride away. Xemxija is just round the bay and Bugibba is 15 minutes on foot away.
