Het terrein is perfect onderhouden (robotgrasmaaiers, dagelijks bezoek van Giorgio) en ziet er daardoor subliem uit. De locatie is perfect om stadjes in de omgeving te ontdekken (vooral Ronciglione is een aanrader) en met 40 minuten sta je aan de rand van Rome.
Het was een onverwachte teleurstelling dat er nog 2 huisjes op het terrein stonden, dus het is geen prive huisje waarbij je helemaal afgesloten bent van de rest. Dit stond ook niet in de tekst en kon je niet uit de foto’s opmaken, erg jammer. Verder waren er ERG veel vliegen op het terrein wat enorm...

Die ländliche Lage mitten in einer Haselnuss- und Olivenplantage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Rom kennen zu lernen. Hier findet man nach jeden Romtrip die absolute Erholung. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Salzwasser Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung ist sensationell. Das Haus kann man nur Empfehlen.
