Our beautiful house is situated on a slope above the Alpsee in a secluded location, yet only a 5-minute drive from Immenstadt.
Four cozy holiday apartments for 2-7 people await you.
With some apartments featuring 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, they are also ideally suited for larger families.
Enjoy the panoramic view over the Großer Alpsee from every apartment.
A short walk takes you to the private bathing area (also for dogs) and to fishing spots.
Hike for just over an hour to the Alpsee-Bergwelt, Germany's longest summer toboggan run.
Experience a hike directly from the house in the Nagelfluh Nature Park, which can also be done as a ski or snowshoe tour.
The large panoramic terrace and the outdoor seating area by the apple tree offer prime viewing spots for a regatta.
Free Wi-Fi in every apartment, covered parking spaces free of charge, barbecue area, playground, table tennis, petting zoo, private bathing area on the lake, beds are made, hand, shower, and dish towels are provided and can be changed as needed.
We provide cots and high chairs free of charge.
For your dog, we charge 8 Euros; booking online for more than 2 dogs is only possible upon request.
