Casa Pablo is a beautiful, very well-equipped holiday home – the wonderful coves of the Roche urbanization are about a 5-minute drive away. The house features: - 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m wide) and one with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. - Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and all other necessary utensils. - Living room with a dining table and chairs, sofas, satellite TV with German and international channels, and air conditioning in the living room. - Shower room Overall, the house is tastefully furnished, and the high ceilings give a sense of spaciousness. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. The covered terrace area is nicely furnished with a large table and chairs. The pool measures 3.5 x 7 m and is operational year-round. Garden loungers and a barbecue are provided. A "Venta," i.e., a typical Spanish bar or restaurant, is nearby; conveniently, a small supermarket is only about 50 meters from the house. The property is completely enclosed by a wall, and access to the house is through a large rolling gate. 4 bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings (3 x adult, 1 x child).
