Only 150 meters from the lake Bolmen lies this cozy cottage in Österås.
It is equipped with two terraces, each facing opposite directions, and there is a carport.
The property offers plenty of space for ball games and there is a playhouse, a swing and a trampoline. The island of Bolmsö, where the house is located, is only 20 km from Ljyngby in Småland.
You can reach Bolmsö via a bridge and in the north of the island a ferry goes to Sunnaryd.
At the house's own jetty is the boat with an electric motor (belonging to the house) and it is possible to rent three kayaks. On the island there are many antique stores and second hand stores and there is a possibility to buy a fishing license.

Für uns war das Haus perfekt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindergartenkindern!Viel Platz mit Spielgeräten für unsere Kinder. See war prima zum Schwimmen, Paddeln und Bootfahren. Das Haus war gut und liebevoll eingerichtet.Sehr nette, gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Et dejligt hus med for vores vedkommende alt hvad hjertet begære. Dejligt uderum med store vidder og mange legeredskaber til børn, og rigt fugle og dyreliv. Masser af plads til egne ting, både overtøj, sko, tøj og køkkenting. Virkelig dejlige rammer. Super dejligt værtspar der var vældig imødekommende og rare.

Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett und helfen gern mit guten Hinweisen für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Der Garten bietet für Kinder sehr viel Platz und die Spielgeräte laden zum Toben ein. Kurz gesagt, das perfekte Haus für Familien mit Kindern unmittelbar am See gelegen, einfach perfekt.
