- 2 small bathrooms (1 x upper floor bath with bathtub, toilet, sink + 1 x ground floor shower room with shower, toilet, sink)
- Heat pump heating/air conditioning
- Terrace (ground floor) with charcoal grill
- Lockable garden shed
- Air conditioning on the ground floor and on the upper floor (bedrooms)
- WiFi available for stays of at least 3 nights
- Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning included
The holiday home is located in a semi-detached house and extends over two floors (ground floor + upper floor).
The house was equipped with a modern heat pump heating/air conditioning system in 2022.
It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove.
A parking space is available in front of the entrance area.
A terrace with garden furniture is available for guests.
Sports equipment brought along (e.g., bicycles) can be stored in a lockable garden shed.
The other semi-detached house is permanently occupied.
Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. Check-in: from 3:00 PM / Check-out: until 11:00 AM (please arrange exact arrival/departure times with the landlord) Distances: Tankumsee lake approx. 1,000 m, Gifhorn town center approx. 12 km Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the total price.
