Casa Sunset is a corner of paradise embracing the timeless charm of the Amalfi Coast, where the beauty of traditional arches and decorated ceramic tiles blends with a simple, bright atmosphere.
Its essential and elegant style offers breathtaking panoramic views, with a privileged outlook over the sea, Positano, and Capri.
Every corner of the house has been designed to make the most of the unforgettable sunsets that can be admired from the two terraces, which seem suspended between the sky and the sea.
To reach Casa Sunset, you need to walk about 400 meters: a path that crosses a picturesque trail, interspersed with steps, which makes this characteristic a typical and fascinating element of Praiano.
The house is not reachable by car, but this choice makes the experience even more special, allowing you to immerse yourself completely in the tranquility of the town and its breathtaking views.
The house is organized on one level, which includes: • Entrance through a panoramic patio, equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table, under a canopy of bougainvillea • Seafront panoramic terrace, with sun loungers, garden lounge, and outdoor shower • Living room with dining area, sofa bed (sofa dimensions 160x190), and a dining table for six people • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher • 2 double bedrooms (bed dimensions 160x190) with access to the panoramic terrace • 2 bathrooms with shower, one with access from the bedroom Casa Sunset is located just above the famous church of San Gennaro, along the path leading to the Path of the Gods.
The fastest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, following a path of about 400 meters, which alternates steps (about 70).
Alternatively, you can reach the center of Praiano via a staircase of about 200 steps.
Private parking is located about 650 meters away and is subject to a fee.
Alternatively, you can park in public areas about 200 meters away.
A porter service can be arranged upon arrival, for a fee.
NOTE: During high season, finding parking may be particularly difficult.
We therefore recommend booking a parking space when booking to ensure availability.
A short walk from the house you will find: • One Fire Beach Club (about 20 minutes on foot); • Bars and restaurants (about 5 minutes on foot); • Small grocery store (about 5 minutes on foot); • Local bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot); • Sita bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot).

The property was very nice, stocked, and clean. It is a bit remote and requires 225 stairs or a longer walk to access the main roads for taxi, bus, or shops. Francesco was great and helped coordinate transfers and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay and would recommend this villa (as long as you are okay with the location).

Superbe maison avec une vue à en couper le souffle! Maison avec tout le confort nécéssaire.Très bien situé sur la côte amalfitaine.Petit bemol concernant les insectes qui peuvent ocassionner de la gêne surtout la nuit.
