The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a a full range of English, Russian and some European channels.


The first floor features two bedrooms with a double bed each, a third bedroom with with two bunk beds and a two bathroom with shower enclosure.


The garden area is spacious with a mature garden, pergolas, bougainvelia trees and BBQ.

Central Protaras is about 1.3km away and within a 1km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.

The nearest beach is Green Bay and a bit further down is Vyzakia Beach both with white sand and crystal clear blue waters. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.


For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
