The "Villa BlueBay" is located in the popular south-west of Cape Coral in a quiet and favoured residential area. The well-known marinas Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour with its boutiques and restaurants are not far away and our holiday home is very centrally located. In a few minutes you can reach the Publix supermarket, Neighbourhood Walmart. Duffy's sports bar, Pinchers, Lady Lobster and other great restaurants are nearby. The villa is located on the San Diego Canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges, you can be on the river in just a few minutes by boat.
The holiday villa " BlueBay" offers enough space for up to 5 adults on a living area of approx. 145 m² and approx. 930 m² of land.
The villa is divided into 3 bedrooms, a living-dining area with open-plan kitchen and utility room. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans.
All living rooms and bedrooms are tiled and modernly furnished.
The comfortable master bedroom with views of the pool has a flat-screen TV, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower and hairdryer.
The queen bedroom is equipped with a high-quality mattress and a flat-screen TV and has a large wardrobe, a nice ambience to feel good and relax.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200) and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The sunny bedroom with a view of the San Diego Canal has a large wardrobe.
Between the queen and twin bedroom is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower area.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar leaves nothing to be desired. Microwave, ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine.
The side-by-side fridge with freezer compartment, newly purchased in summer 2023, offers sufficient space for food and cold drinks. The dishwasher with cutlery sink was also renewed in summer 2023. A coffee filter machine or Brista portafilter machine is available for a delicious coffee in the morning and the dining area has a great view of the pool landscape and saltwater canal. Let your soul dangle and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool landscape and canal.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse as well as iron and ironing board.

Our holiday home is designed for a maximum of 5 adults and a maximum of 2 people per bedroom.
The use and occupancy is only permitted (approved) for persons who are also registered or noted in the online booking. This also includes children and infants.
The pool area and the cosy lanai/veranda are south-east facing and paved. The pool is electrically heated. Three sun loungers, a modern lounge suite, a dining area for six people and a gas barbecue are available for relaxing. The veranda is covered and the pool is protected by a cage. The pool cage was renewed in summer 2023 and offers a wonderful view of the canal and the surrounding area with its two panoramic windows.

The garage is not included in the rental.
Cape Coral is ideal for boating and canoeing. The saltwater canal is also a wonderful spot for anglers and sometimes dolphins get lost in our canal.

The Rotary Park with a playground can be reached in approx. 15 - 20 minutes on foot via Pelikan Boulevard. Admire the small butterfly house. Tours are free of charge. The yacht clubs Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour/Westin are only a few miles away. Here you can not only admire great yachts and boats, but also stroll through the small shopping arcade and enjoy a delicious drink in one of the bars or restaurants. Once a week, a live band plays an open-air concert. The Yacht Club Community with its fine sandy beach, barbecue area, public toilets, tennis courts and swimming pool is just a ten-minute drive away. In Cape Coral you will find many delicious restaurants and leisure activities such as bowling, mini golf and karting. There are various hire stations in Cape Coral for jet skis, canoes, bicycles and boats. Shopping enthusiasts will find many shops and boutiques in Cape Coral and the surrounding area.
