This bright holiday flat is located in a perfect seaside holiday location literally just steps from the blue Adriatic Sea along the Dalmatian coastal town of Jesenice in the sunny south of Croatia.Modern and tastefully furnished, recently (2016) completely renovated holiday flat with panoramic sea views from the private sun terrace
The spacious 72 m² holiday flat occupies the ground floor of a two-storey residential building from 1965, the upper floor of which is occupied by the landlord. It was recently completely renovated in 2016 and equipped with modern facilities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms. And as the holiday flat benefits from its own separate entrance, nothing stands in the way of your privacy here. There is a living and dining area with an integrated, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and three top modern daylight bathrooms (two of which are en suite). The living area is furnished with a cosy sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a wooden dining table with chairs. In addition, the white fitted kitchen has a four-zone gas hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor bonnet, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, an espresso pot and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are each furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. As a little extra, both have their own flat-screen TV. The sofa in the living area can also be converted into an additional double bed for two more people. In each of the three bathrooms you will find a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with wall mirror and a toilet. There is even a washing machine in the separate bathroom. Sufficient bed linen and towels are provided and reliable Wi-Fi internet access is also offered free of charge in your holiday flat.
From the living area, you can access your private sun terrace. Make yourself comfortable at the table and chairs and enjoy the far-reaching views over the sea. And if you arrive by car, you can use the secure parking spaces directly in front of the house on the enclosed grounds.
Although the landlord on the upper floor is of course always concerned about your privacy, he is always happy to help you with any questions.
Your holiday flat is located just 10 metres from the blue sea, a jetty and small pebble beach. The nearest long sandy beach is about 500 metres away. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants can be found in the centre of Jesenice, also around 500 m away. A bus stop about 100 m away offers regular and direct connections to Split and Omis.
