Welcome to Appartementhaus Florian Are you planning a visit to Vienna and looking for private accommodation? Our quiet house is located in a garden estate in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre and the Danube Island. The ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities such as immersing yourself in the cultural life of a cosmopolitan city or a visit to a wine tavern in Stammersdorf. The convenient location of our hotel makes it easy to get here, regardless of whether you are travelling by plane, train or car.
The garden can be used by the residents of all four flats, whereby Top 1 and Top 2 on the ground floor each have a terrace of 24 m2.
The apartment building consists of four identically furnished flats of the same size. The 5.5 m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit. The bedroom of 11 m2 consists of a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a five-door wardrobe with mirror front. The 24 m2 living/dining room has a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob, extractor fan, fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery for 3-4 people. Furthermore, the equipment consists of a dining table with 4 armchairs, a sofa bed with living room table, a wall unit with satellite TV and free WLAN connection. Each flat consists of approx. 40 m2 of living space and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
The nearest restaurant serving Viennese cuisine, "Leopoldauer Hof", is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest local shopping centre is located on Leopoldauer Straße and is a 12-minute walk away. There you will find a Hofer supermarket, EBI - Japanese all you can eat restaurant, Radatz sausage and meat products, pet shop and a Shell petrol station with a Spar grocery shop open 24 hours a day. The recreational area of the Old Danube with free swimming and boat hire can be reached by bike in 15-20 minutes. A general practitioner is just a 5-minute walk from the flat. Vienna city centre (1st district Stephansplatz) can be reached by public transport in 40 minutes. Vienna's largest shopping centre, the Donauzentrum, can be reached by car in 10 minutes (3.6 km).
Depending on availability, parking spaces for guests are available on the property or directly in front of the house on public land (short-term parking zone).
