You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, being located in a very quiet street you will be able to rest from the noise generated by the cities and at the same time have all the comforts at the foot of the street. Located 250 metres from the Plaça de Cort and the Plaça Major and only 800 metres from the Plaça d'Espanya where the majority of public transport (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island) is centralised.

-any EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the security deposit as well.
