Enjoy your time out in "green" or in "red"! The 2020 newly built vacation home with 2 residential units with approx. 85m2 living space, located directly on the Ybbstal - bike path, offers you the opportunity to explore the valley in both directions optimally.
In summer, the surrounding alpine pastures or the interesting iron road towns invite you to discover.
A very sunny terrace invites you to relax, also a nice barbecue area is available.
Next door is a great playground where your children can have fun.
The vacation home is located on the banks of the river Ybbs and thus offers a special cooling in hot temperatures.
Right across the street you have the possibility to have breakfast or a cozy meal in the "Radwegstüberl"! In winter you can conjure up your turns in the snow in at least three nearby ski areas such as Hochkar, Ötscher and Königsberg.
Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing round off the offer.
During your stay in our "Auszeit" you leave a minimal ecological footprint, as most of the energy you need can be generated by the in-house photovoltaic system.
