Villa Maravilla is a luxurious two-storey villa with top quality finishes. It has six bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest bedroom near the dining area. The interior is modern and welcoming, with designer furniture and contemporary décor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large dining table, perfect for gathering all guests.
Outside, Villa Maravilla offers a magnificent swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds, a furnished area for sharing aperitifs, a chill out area and an exclusive Jacuzzi. There is also a garage area. This property is located just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and leisure activities, with easy access to the motorway to travel to any part of the island.
Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning and central heating in all rooms and common areas of the accommodation.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

It was a great time in a absolutely great villa. Everything was like in the description, it was clean, the kitchen fully equipment. The service and availability was awesome. When we have a problem, it was fixed quickly. We would highly recommend the villa. Thanks for everything.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt . Einige kleinere Reparaturen wären nötig. So ging ein Schloss nicht, und die Spülmaschine hatte Probleme. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge oder Partyurlaub. Preis durch 12 geteilt ebenfalls fair.
