Die Villa ist sehr groß mit einem tollen Pool und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich.
Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen (Liegen am Pool, sanitäre Anlagen, Ausstattung der Küche) und könnte mal eine Generalüberholung vertragen.
