Here you will receive a warm welcome at the Förster Apartments - your home away from home in the Vienna Woods. In this dreamlike location, surrounded by the flair of a turn-of-the-century town villa, our apartments let you forget everyday life and experience pure relaxation. The Förster Apartments are an insider tip for discerning guests who appreciate peace, comfort and a private atmosphere. In the two apartments "Bell Etage" and "Loft", in the lovingly renovated town villa, you can expect not only comfort to the highest private landlord standards, but also a place where you can really feel at home. For a few relaxing days in a cozy, private atmosphere or on a business trip, this central yet quietly located accommodation offers something for everyone. Surrounded by a romantic flower garden, the terrace with its Mediterranean flair invites you to linger and relax. Belle Etage (Top 2)
The apartment impresses with its classic solidity and old Austrian flair. The friendly, south-facing rooms offer space for two people. The loft (Top 3)
The spacious "Loft" apartment is located above the rooftops of Bad Vöslau. The spacious living room with its library is accessed via a historic stone staircase. The loft is ideal for larger families, but also for guests who appreciate plenty of space. In addition to the large living and dining room, there are 2 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is fully and amply equipped.
Conditions/extras
Booking need to be guaranteed with prepayment. Please transfer 30% of the total amount upfront into our bank account (IBAN: AT74 1200 0004 2207 3098 / BIC: BKAUATWW). Cancellations will be free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. For No Shows or later cancellations we charge 90% of the total gross booking amount.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war zentral , man kam schnell in die Natur aber auch in die City. Leider war der Straßenlärm morgens sehr laut, wenn man bei geöffnetem Fenster schläft. Der Garten am Ferienobjekt war herrlich idyllisch und auch die Terasse und der Grill konnte mitgenutzt werden. Die Weinberge ringsherum waren wunderschön. Kurzer Weg nach Wien .
