FLORIDA BEACH is a pretty air-conditioned studio with a balcony. It is ideally located just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen" tram stop, 2 stops from the hyper centre, is at the foot of the building.


As the flat is fully equipped, you'll love the layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live in.

You'll love the terrace where you can enjoy a glass of rosé in the evening after your long walks through the streets of Nice.


Heating: The heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
