In the heart of Gorski Kotar, surrounded by beautiful nature and peace, there is a family house with two apartments.

The attic apartment is fully equipped and has heating included in the winter months.
It consists of two bedrooms (rooms with double and single bed), bathroom and kitchen and living room with exit to the balcony, where there is a sitting set. In the yard there is a parking lot and a barbecue and garden furniture.
The house is located a few hundred meters from Lokvarsko Lake where in summer you can go swimming, cycling or walking on groomed trails that lead around the lake.
Nearby is the Golubinjak Forest Park, which is the perfect place to socialize with a barbecue with family and friends.
Beautiful nature offers you many opportunities so those who want a vacation can enjoy the peace that nature provides, those who want an active vacation have at their disposal the Risnjak National Park, the source of the Kupa, Zeleni vir, Bijele and Samarske stijene, Platak.

Lokve is a small mountain village and municipality in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in Croatia. They are located in the center of Gorski Kotar, halfway between Delnice and Fužine, right next to the Rijeka - Zagreb highway. The small river Lokvarka flows along the place, the reconstruction of which created a large accumulation lake. Lokvarsko Lake is also the biggest attraction of the place, which fits perfectly into the natural environment and attracts many lovers of fishing, swimming and sports activities such as hiking and biking. Nearby is one of the most beautiful caves in Croatia, the cave Lokvarka. It is well decorated and open to visitors. Next to the place there is a beautiful forest park Golubinjak ideal for walking and enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty. Among the cultural sights, we single out the interesting Frog Museum and the Homeland Collection, which preserves a valuable ethnological collection and traditional objects of this place. The ponds are an ideal starting point for discovering the Risnjak National Park, the highest mountain in Gorski Kotar, which rises above the town.

Das Personal der Green Area Apartments Kremžar war während meiner Geschäftsreise sehr zuvorkommend. Sie sorgten dafür, dass ich alles hatte, um verbunden und bequem zu bleiben. Das private Parken war ein praktischer Vorteil, der es einfach machte, für Meetings ein- und auszufahren.

Ich war beruflich in Lokve und habe drei Nächte in den Green Area Apartments Kremžar verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich praktisch, Supermärkte und Cafés sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ich habe die Küche zum Kochen genutzt und dank WLAN konnte ich zwischendurch problemlos etwas arbeiten.

I was in Lokve for a work project and stayed at Green Area Apartments Kremžar for three nights. The location is really convenient, with grocery stores and cafes just a short walk away. I enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare meals, and having Wi-Fi made it easy to get some work done between outings.
