Comfortable apartment located on the seventh floor of a modern residence equipped with a lift.
In 40 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 2 people with a double bedroom.
Located in the Fonte Laurentina district, near the ring road, the Cecchignola military city, the E.U.R district (Nuvola di Fuksas, Palalottomatica, Luneur), the Ifo hospital, the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, the Ciampino and Fiumicino airports and the Laurentina metro.
The apartment can accommodate 1 guest (+1 additional).

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and utensils.

The Fonte Laurentina area where the apartment is located is a new district with large green areas, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, newsstands and services.

Excellent accessibility of the GRA, near Campus Biomedico Hospital and Cecchignola Military City. The area offers numerous possibilities for spending free time immersed in culture and nature.
In fact, along the ancient Via Laurentina you can see numerous archaeological remains dating back to the time of the ancient Romans as well as the remains of an ancient inhabited center of the 8th century BC. Of great historical interest is the adjacent necropolis that you can visit on weekends.
Then there is a nature trail that will allow you to take long walks during the milder seasons.
The Nature Trail Fosso del Ciuccio is almost a kilometer long and offers both pedestrians and cyclists a place for recreation and activity.
The path, sometimes unpaved and sometimes paved, will allow you to visit the place even in sub-optimal climate conditions: rich in fountains and benches, along the previously mentioned necropolis.
There is also an area dedicated to picnics and a playground for children, where you can come with your children to spend some time outdoors.
In the surrounding park you will find the homonymous Ciuccio stream and dense vegetation with numerous blackberry plants. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. Great accomodations! Nice decor easy to clean. Great balcony. Clean, quiet, functional. Nice neighborhood. Stores, restauranta, and transport all available. Elisabetta was very flexible and helpful. My only challenge was the internet. I expressed my concerns to the management and i am sure they will deal with it. Elisabetta was very responsive.

L’appartamento è come in foto ed Elisabetta è stata molto gentile r disponibile solo il Wi-Fi ha avuto qualche problema ma niente di che.
