Simple (pre-fabricated) house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar.
An ideal house for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 6 people. It features an outdoor area with a private pool (8.5 x 4.5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool with beautiful mountain views, a barbecue, and parking space for 2 cars.
Supervised by a guard from the apartment annex. It has a living-dining room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker), 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet.
The deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer. Groups of young people accepted only upon prior request. Special regulations and deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for the house and €75/person for the apartment must be paid.
This will be returned one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Parties are strictly forbidden, as is making noise after 10:00 PM.
In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our Lloret office: Av.

Un logement adapté à celles et ceux qui souhaitent un séjour au calme, en retrait de l’agitation balnéaire. La maison est simple mais bien conçue. La décoration et les équipements mériteraient un « petit coup de jeune » pour un côté plus cosy.
