Cozy house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar.
An ideal house for enjoying a vacation with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 10 people.
Outdoor area with a garden and private pool (8 x 4 m), a large covered terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches by the pool with beautiful mountain views, a built-in barbecue, an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, and parking.
Indoor area with a living-dining room with a TV, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and washing machine.
It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90x190cm), and 2 bathrooms.
Optional electric heaters available for a supplement: €50/week.
WiFi included.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet.
The security deposit will be paid in cash and returned one week later via bank transfer. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost: €8/person for sheets and €8/person for towels. - Cot and high chair: €5/day/cot, €5/day/high chair.
Young groups accepted only upon prior request.
Special regulations and deposit for young people: A cash security deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid.
This will be refunded one week after the client's departure, once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition.
Celebrations and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.

Wir haben die ruhige Lage der Villa sehr genossen. Es war ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Auftanken. Der nahegelegene Supermarkt machte die Lagerung von Lebensmitteln und anderen wichtigen Dingen unkompliziert, und der Golfplatz war ein fantastisches Extra für die Erwachsenen!

Ik was aangenaam verrast hoe schoon en goed onderhouden de accommodatie was. De locatie is ideaal voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een rustig uitje, maar het is maar een klein stukje rijden naar het strand. Een zeer handige keuze voor onze vakantie!
