Very small and simple studio located on the second floor without an elevator.
It features a spacious terrace perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts and lunches, a living-dining area with a TV, and 1 double bed built into the wall.
The kitchenette includes all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, pans, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and oven.
There is 1 renovated bathroom with a shower. Located in a very quiet area with a shared pool (open from May onwards) for the 3 apartments. No reservations accepted for guests under 35 years old. Pets accepted only upon prior request and with an additional charge. - Sheets and towels are not included.
Cost is 8 euros/person for sheets and 8 euros/person for towels. - Wifi is not included.
Cost is 7 euros per day, payable on arrival. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair. Check-in and Check-out Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Llafranc, located at C/xaloc 5, Llafranc. Tourist Tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adult), which is mandatory by the Catalan Government.
