Very simple house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area, only 2.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.
This house is ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 7 people. Exterior area of 800 m2 plot with a private garden and pool (7 x 3.5m) with beautiful mountain views, a covered terrace for enjoying breakfast and meals by the pool, a barbecue area, and parking for one car. Interior area of 100 m2 distributed on one floor with a living-dining room with TV, satellite, DVD, fireplace, and direct access to the garden and private pool.
Kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven, and refrigerator), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200), 2 bedrooms with twin beds (2 beds of 90 x 180 and 2 beds of 80 x 180), 1 single bedroom (80 x 190), 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower. - Pets upon request: €35 per week per pet.
The deposit will be paid in cash and returned one week later via bank transfer. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava, known for its clear, crystalline waters.
Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, and activities such as pedal boating, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking are available.
You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean cuisine, such as fish and paellas, at the beachfront restaurants.
Tossa de Mar is a charming, walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches. This property is for families only.
Reservations from young people under 35 years of age are not accepted.
Conditions for groups: In the case of group reservations, a deposit of €150 per person in cash must be paid at the agency, which will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Celebrations and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund. Check-in and check-out will take place at our office in Lloret: Av.

El entorno es tranquilo y agradable, la casa está muy bien distribuida, eso sí, si vas fuera de los meses de más calor recomiendo llevar ropa de abrigo para las noches, volveríamos de nuevo sin dudarlo

House was good size for 7 persons Comfortable beds
Problems with electricity. Arrived late and there is no power in house.Didn’t feel welcomed. In big vine producing country there is no even house vine. To leave bottle of drinking water is normal service.One of the bed linen was all over with oily stains Blanket is dirty Starter pack is joke! For 7 persons half roll of toilet paper and 25ml of shower gel?

Diese Villa ist perfekt für Familien! Die Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß im Pool, und die nahegelegenen Strände waren nicht weit entfernt. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unsere Mahlzeiten brauchten, sodass wir problemlos gemeinsam kochen konnten.
