Nice and cozy apartment of 35 sqm, ideal for 2 people, located on the first floor of a renovated period building (not equipped with lift).
The flat is located in very central position, just 200 meters from Piazza Navona and a few steps from other points of interest such as the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and Via del Corso, and consists of a kitchenette, living/sleeping area and bathroom.
It is located in the ZTL, but it is possible to park for a fee a short distance away on the Lungotevere. The apartment is located in a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to go up a flight of spiral stairs to access it.
There are also three steps to access the flat, a step to access the living/sleeping area and one to the bathroom. The internal space is organized as follows: - LITTLE KITCHEN of 2sqm equipped with two glass ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster and various kitchen utensils; - LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), wardrobe, dining table and smart TV; - BATHROOM with shower box, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, air conditioning with heat pump in the room, fan heater in the bathroom, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and soundproof windows. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. Silence from 10PM to 8AM The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, about 300 meters from Piazza Navona, in an area characterized by all the main services.
Walking through the typical Roman streets, it will be possible to discover the many historical attractions of the city, including the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Lungotevere.
Roma Termini station, the main hub for surface and underground services, can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes. Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning: - Piazza Navona: 3 minutes on foot; - Pantheon: 7 minutes on foot; - Castel Sant’Angelo: 10 minutes on foot; - Spanish Steps / Trevi Fountain: 12 minutes on foot; - Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 18 minutes by public transport; - St.

Street parking is available for a fee (not bookable); alternatively, It is possible to park in various garages around the property. Good luck finding a better location. 20 min walk to the colosseum, 5 min from the Pantheon, 25 to the Vatican. Everything is close and the apartment was perfect. Super clean! We’ve been traveling for 25 years and this was top notch. Would definitely book again.
