Nice and bright 60m2 exterior floor on 7th floor with capacity for 4 people in a famous building known as "La casa del Águila", fully equipped with views of the river and Parque Araba.
It has large terraces on each side, one with wonderful views of the Urumea River and the other a large block patio.

We are a management company for the rental of tourist apartments in San Sebastián of recognized prestige and with years of experience, managing numerous apartments.
In our company, two of the things that we value the most and give great importance are:
- We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.
For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.
- Very personalized attention to all our guests.

- Oven.
- Ceramic hob.
- Small household appliances. (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, hair dryer, iron, etc.)
- Bed sheets, towels, shampoo and complimentary gel, toilet paper).

- Individual heating
- Air conditioner.
- Intercom.
- Access for the disabled in the portal.
The apartment is located in the center, 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Concha, next to Araba Park.
Because of its great location, it is possible to walk to any strategic and interesting point of the city: Shopping center, Parte Veja, (known for its famous gastronomy of both pintxos and restaurants), theaters, museums, port, beaches, river, gardens, parks etc.
Next to the apartment is the Euskotren de Amara station, with taxi stops,
from which you can go to both Bilbao and France and ten minutes walk, the North Station, as well as the new Atotxa bus terminal.
It is not necessary to use a car to get around the city.
The area is surrounded by all kinds of trade, food, fashion, etc.
Area very well connected with all types of transport.
Free wifi.
We collaborate with a company specialized in à la carte tours of the Basque Country.
We have taxi service.
Check in is from 16:00. until 21:00 hours.
