The rustico holiday flat is beautifully situated on the western shore of Lake Como in the hamlet of Torre above the picturesque Rezzonico. In a picturesque hillside location with a fantastic panoramic view of the lake as far as Bellagio and the surrounding mountains. Experience Italian lifestyle in an authentic and original way. relaxing and tranquil ambience with three outdoor areas: o large terrace with pergola to the south and lake side narrow balcony to the lake side o spacious and diversely planted garden on several levels - a holiday oasis. The holiday flat is on the ground floor, on the upper floor lives a friendly and obliging elderly lady who lives in seclusion. Below the property runs a serpentine road with local traffic. Surrounded by meadows and other country houses with village character.
Beautiful small and shallowly sloping beaches are about 1 - 1.5 km away below.
Large window fronts that let in a lot of light and offer a beautiful view of the lake and functional furnishings with everything you need characterise your holiday home.
Light, warm colours provide the Mediterranean ambience and light stone tiles blend harmoniously into the overall picture.
Within the beautiful terraced garden please watch out for small children - mostly well manageable.
You enter the living room with couch and double sofa bed via the terrace and the house entrance.
Integrated into the side is the modern kitchen with dining area.
The double room with large wardrobe and coat rack also has access to the balcony.
You look out over the lake glistening in the sunshine as soon as you wake up.
Cot can be added. The bathroom has a shower.
Sun from morning until late afternoon.
The landlady Sig'ra Elena speaks several languages, is obliging and lives in the same village.
The flat is suitable all year round.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt, sehr sauber. Es war alles da was man braucht. Ausblick auf den Comersee war phantastisch. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich, gaben uns gute Tipps.Wir waren sehr beeindruckt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft.
