Calle Alcalá, just a few metres from the flat, as well as being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local businesses and shops of very popular brands.



The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte shopping centre. Due to its good connections, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reach Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just a few minutes and in a direct line. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and for months.





The Apartment
The stay in this flat will be ideal, because the accommodation is of high quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and affection.


Situated on the 2nd floor of this building with lift, a flat of 25 square meters and capacity for 3 people distributed in a multifunctional open space. The main room is very spacious and gives a pleasant feeling of comfort. It combines several ambiences: a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and with an attractive central high table, a large armchair for sitting, a single sofa-bed, and a sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify, etc. accounts. The flat is very bright thanks to its large window that covers the entire wall. The flat also has a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.

The kitchen has an oven-microwave.
