BEAUTIFUL CHALET WITH INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE Lovely fully furnished chalet, equipped with everything you need to move in. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread across three floors with direct street access, a spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen, and private patio; just a 2-minute walk to the metro. The Space The house consists of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and three bedrooms – two on the second floor and the third in the attic.

The property has air conditioning and individual natural gas heating, perfect for maintaining an ideal temperature on cold winter days. The spacious living room is divided into two areas: the living area and the dining area.
The living area features a comfortable two-seater sofa bed, a central coffee table, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and the Wi-Fi router. The dining area has direct access to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. The bathrooms with showers offer ample space and include a hairdryer and heated towel rails. Other Highlights Please treat the house as if it were your own. We will do everything in our power to make you feel comfortable and have an unforgettable stay, so you will want to return.
The nearest Metro station is Ciudad Lineal (Line 5), which is just a few minutes away on foot.

Alcalá Shopping Center is 3 minutes away, and Plaza Arturo Soria is 15 minutes away. You will be greeted in person upon arrival.
Key handovers are free of charge from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Key handovers after 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM incur a supplement of €35. After 10:00 PM and until 11:00 PM, there is a supplement of €75, payable upon key handover.
No deliveries will be made after 11:00 PM. The tenant will be responsible for the locksmith service costs in case of lost keys or forgetting them inside the property (€150 payable to the locksmith before the house is opened). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
This is subject to penalties by the competent authorities. Please turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving.
We kindly ask you to take out the trash daily, with special care during the summer months.
There are designated bins on the street for this purpose. Please note that a person will meet you at the previously confirmed time.
Please provide advance notice if you are going to be delayed and arrange another key handover time (subject to our availability).
