Cozy, recently renovated apartment in the center of Madrid, located in the Delicias neighborhood, just a few minutes from the two most important arteries of the area: Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza and Paseo de las Delicias, an area with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. Delicias is possibly the best-connected neighborhood in all of Madrid, with Metro and Cercanías train stations, and Atocha Train Station.
In addition, a multitude of buses arrive from all over Madrid. Excellent public transport connections: Metro, bus, and train stop just a few minutes from the property. We love animals.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom, making it very comfortable. The bedroom has a double bed and enough space for luggage.
Both the bedroom and the living room have natural light, but at the same time, they ensure your rest is not interrupted by the noise from Madrid's busy streets. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa, an extendable table with chairs, the TV, and the kitchen area.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. The apartment has air conditioning with hot and cold heat pump. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and a small cabinet for storing whatever you wish.
