With a swimming pool (heated as an optional extra) and an outdoor play area, this villa offers the ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday. The property has 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two single beds – both sharing a bathroom with a bathtub.

On this floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The cozy living room, with comfortable sofas and a TV, has direct access to the outside, where you can enjoy an inviting swimming pool, sun loungers, and a traditional barbecue with an outdoor dining area.

There is also a games area with snooker and table tennis by the pool. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

There is also a small living room on this floor. The villa is ideally located near restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches such as Praia do Lourenço and Praia da Galé.

The city of Albufeira is only a 10-minute drive away. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For your convenience, grocery baskets can be booked (at an additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we will be happy to assist with booking.

We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group Deposit: €300 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests. From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
