This beautiful vacation home welcomes you with a fantastic location on Lake Vänern, just outside Karlstad.
Have you always dreamed of a vacation in a vacation home with a private beach? Then you've come to the right place! The beautiful vacation home exudes coziness and lets you relax. You can spend your vacation together but still have your privacy, as one bedroom, including a bathroom, is located in an outbuilding.
The large, beautiful terrace with outdoor kitchen invites you to cook and barbecue in the open air. While some of you are wielding the cooking spoons or barbecue tongs, others can make themselves comfortable in the whirlpool with salt water.
The absolute highlight of the house is the private beach, which is about 40 meters from the house. Here you can jump into the water and refresh yourself. There is also a wood-fired sauna on a jetty in the water. You can get there with a rowing boat, which is included in this accommodation. You can also use the boat for your fishing trips on the lake and bring back freshly caught fish.
You are close to Skattkärr and about 15 minutes from the center of Karlstad. Karlstad offers good shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Take advantage of the rich cultural and leisure offerings in the region and get to know the varied surroundings.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer noch schöneren Lage. Alles, was man braucht, ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Als Angler waren wir mit dem Boot sehr zufrieden; leider hatten wir kein Glück mit dem Wetter, was aber nicht schlimm war, so wurden die ganzen anderen Vorzüge des Hauses genutzt (Whirlpool, Sauna, Kamin).

Einfach toll, unser 1. Urlaub in Schweden. Das Haus war super. Eine total super Kücheneinrichtung es war einfach alles da. Wir waren mit Enkel (3) dort und wollen es auf jeden Fall wieder machen. Das einzige Manko, das Ruderboot war kaputt . Es hatte mehrere Risse und zog sehr schnell Wasser.

Ruhig, konfortabel, schöne Lage, Seegrundstück mit Boot und Sauna, Küche und Bäder sehr gut eingerichtet und voll unktionsfähig. Außensitzgruppe geschützt mit gutem Blick zum See, Sonnenuntergang. Hochwertige Außenküche mit Grill. Unterkunft für Hundebesitzer gut geeignet.
