Zur Wohnung gehörte eine große Balkonterasse auf der man sich sonnen kann und gleichzeitig haben Kinder viel Platz zum spielen
Bedingt durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße war auf der Terasse der Verkehrslärm nicht zu überhören
