Beautiful apartment of 100 square meters, for other people to enjoy the lake life. It is a beautiful and colorful place in a nice complex. Looking out from two windows in the living room onto the lake and a balcony upstairs on the nearby Lake Como.


The apartment is composed of two floors and is located on the 2nd of the Camelia building, located on a apartment complex. There is an elevator and stairwell.


Apartment layout:

Entrance at lower floor: hallway, bathroom with shower / bath, toilet and washing machine, spacious living room with open kitchen, beautiful lake views, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and kettle, TV and Wi-Fi network. In the living room is a double sofa bed as well as two armchairs and a spacious dining table with 6 chairs.

Upper floor: three nice bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony with bench, outdoor table and lake view. There is the possibility to park in the parking garage (convenient during the high season) at the additional cost or at a public car spaces around the apartment building for free. The cleaning fee includes the costs for the bedsheets, towel packages including bed make up service as well as the final cleaning.

Lake Como is a beautiful place to vacation, plenty of nice authentic villages and villas, exotic gardens, water sports activities and mountains to explore.


The villages has two restaurants, two bars, a mini-market, butcher, vegetable shop just two minutes walk away. The local pebble stone beach is literally just 100 meters away and comes with green, shady areas.


Menaggio is the center of the lake and offers many restaurants, bars and entertainment to enjoy. It is also the central ferry hub, which brings you conveniently across the lake and to the beautiful villages of Bellagio, Varenna but also Tremezzo, Lenno and all the way to Como city. If you are sporty, there's a lot to keep you occupied, too. Of course, plenty of water sports activities, mountain hikes as well as cycling and mountainbiking.


Due to the limited free parking space, we recommend to book a parking space in the indoor parking garage during the months of July and August.
