In the heart of Praiano, in the quietness overlooking the sea, Villa Euriclea peeps out: this is where elegance meets simplicity, and breathtaking sea views meet the convenience of a central location. Villa Euriclea is a typical Mediterranean villa, where the blue of the sea embraces the green of the garden that surrounds it. Two spacious double rooms with attached bathroom, an open space with induction kitchen and living area, and the large terrace overlooking the sea comfortably accommodate a group of four. The outdoor area is the pearl of the Villa: the large garden furnished with sun loungers and the terrace, fully equipped with outdoor table and BBQ. The location is one of the most favourable: within walking distance of the Church of San Luca, restaurants, beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and Wi-FI is available throughout the house.

- Sea view terrace, equipped with Vietri ceramic table, for outdoor dining, outdoor living area and BBQ area;
- Access to the living area, with double sofa bed and table for four;
- Open kitchen (fully equipped);
- Double bedroom inside with attached bathroom;
- Double bedroom sea view with attached bathroom.
Villa Euriclea is located on the east side of Praiano and is very central: a few steps from bars, restaurants, grocery shop, beach and bus stop. To reach the house it is necessary to walk a path of about 50 metres and about 40 steps. It is possible to book a luggage service, for a fee. Private parking - by reservation and subject to availability - is about 400 m away.
The centre of the village is not far away, on foot you can reach:
- Local bus stop (50 m)
- Supermarket and butcher's shop (100 m)
- Restaurants and bars (300 m)
- Start of the Path of the Gods

The view from this location cannot be beat! Truly incredible! The area was very quiet and peaceful. The house was just as described and the air conditioning worked great, which is important to us. Francesco was very kind and helpful! He quickly responded to any questions we had and checked in regularly to make sure everything was good.

Precioso apartamento con unas preciosas vistas. El primer día nos costó encontrarlo porque en maps no salen bien las indicaciones, recomiendo subir por la calle antico seggio. Nos quedamos encantadas con Praiano, localidad muy bonita y tranquila, cerca de todos los lugares para visitar en la costa amalfitana durante tu viaje.

Amazing villa in the heart of Praiano. Francesco was a wonderful host who communicated easily and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place had an unbelievable view and is close to the best restaurant called Kasai. Would absolutely recommend staying here and using Smaac!
