Villa Cimino is an exclusive villa with a front sea view of Capri and Positano, located in the most panoramic and tranquil area of Praiano.

PROPERTY FEATURES The villa is spread over two independent levels, accessible only from the outside: FIRST FLOOR (CIMINO A): • Living room with double sofa bed (bed size 160x190) • Fully equipped kitchen - sea view, with a table for 4 people (with dishwasher) • 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with en-suite bathroom and sea view • 2 full bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom) SECOND FLOOR (Cimino B), accessible only from the outside: • Kitchen, sea view, fully equipped - with dishwasher; • Large living room, sea view, with a dining table for 6/8 people • 2 full bathrooms with shower • 1 spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with sea view • 1 internal double bedroom (bed size 160x190) LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Villa Cimino is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and unique panoramic views, while staying close to coastal services and attractions: • Direct access to the Path of the Gods from the pedestrian walkway above the house • Main beaches, such as Marina di Praia and Gavitella, reachable via scenic walks or local transport • Bars, restaurants, shops, and bus stops within a few minutes' walk downhill • Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast Note: All services and points of interest are reached by ascending or descending stairs, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast.

It was a very nice villa and Francesco was very helpful in giving us directions.
The most difficult thing was the steps and our luggage - it may be challenging for an older couple. Francesco would have provided a porter but we like to be independent.
The neighborhood was wonderful and people were friendly.

So charming with the view, the church bells and the cobble stone walk ways. easy enough to get to center of the town and directly on the Path of the Gods if youre interested in a day hike! the host is very helpful and responsive, plus have recommendations and clear instructions.

The host was very very helpful and responsive. The apartment is exactly what it looked in the pictures. If you are travelling be mentally prepared for the steps (60 steps to the apartment but very very doable). I guess the host was super responsive and proactive in every way possible. He kept checking on us time to time. And not to forget the view is just majestic
