Casa Cimino B is a charming, bright and spacious flat, located in a complex housing two lodgings, each with its own entrance. To get to this little oasis of tranquillity, you have to walk about 400 metres: a walk that crosses a picturesque path, alternating with steps, which makes this a typical and charming feature of Praiano. The house cannot be reached by car, but this choice makes the experience even more special, allowing one to completely immerse oneself in the quietness of the village and its breathtaking views. Casa Cimino B is tastefully furnished in pure Amalfi style, with a terracotta floor that lends warmth and cosiness. It is located in the western part of Praiano, one of the quietest areas of the village, from where you can enjoy the most spectacular view: from every window, in fact, you can admire Capri and Positano in all their splendour.


The flat is on one floor and is composed of

- Fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) with sea view

- Living room with sea view, equipped with a dining table for 6-8 people and a sofa bed

- 2 complete bathrooms with shower

- 1 Spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with sea view

- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190), located inside.


Casa Cimino B is located just above the famous church of San Gennaro, along the path leading to the Sentiero degli Dei. The quickest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, along a 400-metre path that alternates steps (about 70). Alternatively, one can reach the centre of Praiano via a staircase of about 200 steps.


Parking: The house does not have private parking directly on site, but a pay parking area is available about 650 metres away, to be booked in advance, for a fee. Although this may seem a minor inconvenience, the distance is easily covered on foot and the private car park offers the security of a reserved spot for the duration of your stay. Alternatively, there is a paid public car park about 200 metres away.

NOTE: During the high season, it can be particularly difficult to find parking. Therefore, we recommend reserving a parking space at the time of booking to ensure availability.

Public transport: Public transport connections, including local bus routes, may vary depending on the time of day and season. During peak season, service may be busier or less punctual. For your convenience, we can suggest alternative options, such as taxi services, which can be booked in advance.

NOTE: All these places can only be reached by going down steps, due to the typical conformation of Praiano, where many services are located lower than the house.
