Our studio is equipped with an elevator and is located in an excellent position, on the sea-front of Bibione Lido del Sole, next to the playgrounds and the tennis courts.
The studio is placed on the first floor.
It can host 2/4 guests and it consists of a lovely living room with a cooking corner (with gas stove, a large refrigerator and an Italian coffee maker), two double sofa beds, a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet), a balcony with side sea view and one covered parking place per booking. *Check-in: from 17:00 to 19:00 *Check-out: until 09:00 °Services/items not included - Mandatory > to be paid upon arrival at the agency: -Security deposit: 100 Euros > to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection -City tax °Services/items not included - Optional and subject to availability > to be requested in advance and paid in cash upon arrival at the agency: -Final cleaning > you can choose to clean the property yourself or buy the service: 50 Euros *Kitchenette cleaning: 30 Euros -Bed linen: 11 Euros/person -Towels: 11 Euros/person. -Crib/Cot: 35 Euros/week -High chair: 20 Euros/week -1 private beach place: between 110 and 130 Euros/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards) -1 pet allowed only on request: 45 Euros *Bibione is a seaside town with 12 km of golden sandy beach, perfect for families or groups of friends.
You can relax under an umbrella or enjoy sports like tennis, beach tennis, beach volleyball and various water activities including kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, water skiing and fishing.
The town offers excellent services with staff ready to assist visitors, and bike rentals are available throughout the area. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Die Wohnung war ok, allerdings fehlte uns das Schneidebrett und die Matratzen waren sehr weich, dafür aber die wunderschöne Lage.
