Recently converted Stables, based in the heart of the Tipperary countryside.
Central to all the South of Ireland.
Shops, pubs, church & takeaway are within a 5 minute walk.
The cosy lodge features, 1 Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite with shower, toilet & sink.
Open plan kitchen & living area with high ceilings & a double sofa bed.
All amenities & new appliances.
Also quality bed linen.
WiFi, Smart Tv with Netflix, Internet & Saorview.
French doors facing out onto your own patio & garden area with lovely views of the countryside.
Double glazed windows & electric heating.
Outdoor lighting.
The Lodge is located on our property but is situated a considerable distance from our home.
Guests have there own parking & have access to there own garden/patio area, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The Lodge is a convenient base for visiting Kilkenny, (20min drive) Cashel, (25min drive) Cahir, (30min drive) Thurles (20min drive) & surrounding areas.
The M8 motorway is a 15 minute drive.
It also has some beautiful walks right on its doorstep, like The Crag (Which has 3 Loops 5k, 3k & a Fairy Loop, in pictures below) & Sli Na Slainte (3k) which both have beautiful views.
Nearby is Kilcooley Abbey ( 10 min drive, in pictures below )The Famine War house, 5 min drive, in pictures below) Coolmore Stud, Lough Doire Bhile (10 Min drive, Picture in photos) & Fethard Horse & Country Experience just to name a few.

Es gab ein Ausziehsofa, das ziemlich bequem und auch für mich (1.81m Grösse) gross genug war.
Sehr wenig Abstellfläche, z.B. für Gepäck. Keine Halterungen im sehr kleinen Bad, z.B. für Duschsachen, nasse Tücher, usw.
Als Esstisch dient ein kleiner Bartisch mit lediglich 2 Stühlen. Auch deshalb für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Das Apartment ist insgesamt zu klein dafür. Auf den Bildern im Onlineportal scheint es grösser.

Very clean and comfortable we were 4 friends who came down for a night out it was perfect and Avril the hostess was a super host she seen us getting ready and brought over a makeup mirror also gave us milk and arranged transport for us to get into Kilkenny and home.

Well equipped apartment with everything you need and nothing you don't.
very cozy appreciate it our time the hosts were extremely polite and helpful plus the Welcome book I know great touch to it the animals are all extremely pleasant to be around and generally we had a lovely time 😁.
