Renovated in 2023 and decorated with exquisite taste, paying attention to every detail and functionality of the apartment. Ideal for 6 people, but up to 8 people can stay who wish to spend a few days or live for a season for work, studies, or any other reason, just 15 minutes from the heart of Madrid. Excellent connectivity to the main arteries of the capital: M-30, M-40, and M-50. It has 3 spacious double bedrooms with double beds, one of the bedrooms is en-suite, and 2 bathrooms.

Wir haben uns als 6köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten und eine große Wohnküche bieten genügend Platz. Die Klimaanlagen temperieren alle Räume auch bei 34 °C, auch wenn nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage ist. 2 Fahrstühle im Haus helfen in den 5. Stock zuko...
