After lovingly renovating our basement apartment with great care, we can offer our guests a beautiful 2-room apartment for a relaxing time.
On the outskirts of Cottbus, yet surrounded by nature, directly in the nature reserve, you will have a wonderful view of fields and meadows from the apartment's conservatory.
In the adjacent kitchen, you will find everything you need: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The approximately 60sqm apartment offers everything your heart desires for 2 to 4 people.
In the bedroom, new, excellent mattresses on a double bed promise restful sleep.
The living room offers a pull-out sofa bed (160x200).
For our little guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available.
The bathroom is spacious with a shower and a bathtub.
Further amenities include: Smart TV, washing machine, balcony, air conditioning, and a stairlift.
Due to negative experiences, our holiday apartment is not suitable for construction workers.
We ask for your understanding! Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

You can enjoy a bike tour to Burg in the beautiful Spreewald via approximately 15 km through forests and past beautiful nature on a well-maintained cycle path. In Burg, besides the typical Spreewald culinary specialties, you will find many opportunities for leisure activities. From there, you can take a punt ride or paddling tours. The Spreewald Museum/Spreewald Village in Lehde (32 km) is highly recommended. In Cottbus itself, there are many attractions: The Old Market Square (approx. 5 km), the Prince Pückler Museum, Park & Palace Branitz (approx. 9 km), Cottbus Zoo with its park railway, Planetarium, and Aviation Museum (500 m). Due to the short connection to the motorway (approx. 5 km), day trips to Berlin (1.5 hours by car) or Dresden (1.5 hours by car), or the Tropical Islands water park and Spreewelten Lübbenau are possible at any time. Many other options can be found on the internet. Distance to Cottbus University: 3 km.
