Casa Madonna del Mare is a very old fisherman's house, completely redesigned in a modern style.
The lighting, colors, and attention to detail give the house style and warmth, making every space pleasant and welcoming.
The wide sea view – which seems to boldly enter through the large window of the living area – frames this little jewel set in the rock.
Every corner of the house is designed for families, equipped with baby items such as a crib and high chair.
The location is panoramic and quiet.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
To reach the house, you need to climb about 150 steps.
It is recommended to reach us without a car.
The house is organized on two levels: MAIN FLOOR • Mediterranean living room with a large window overlooking the sea and a small balcony, furnished with a sofa bed and a table for six; • Kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped; • 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with a sea-view window; • 1 bathroom with shower • 1 bathroom with a large shower and laundry area 1ST FLOOR Mezzanine - Sleeping Area • 1 bedroom with a French bed (bed size 140x190) 2ND FLOOR Mezzanine - Sleeping Area • 1 small bedroom with a single bed and changing table • access to the sun terrace with a sea view, furnished with a small table for an outdoor drink.
Casa Madonna del Mare is located on the east side of Praiano, in a very peaceful and quiet area.
It is possible to reach the Villa via approximately 150 steps.
Private parking is available upon request for a fee and is located about 500 meters from the property.
We recommend arriving without a car.
Within walking distance, you will find: • Local bus and SITA bus stop • 1 grocery store • Several restaurants • La Praia Beach - about an 8-minute walk

This was our first stay at Casa Madonna del Mare in Praiano. The villa was lovely and impeccably clean. We love the area, sights, people, and the food. Francesco was excellent in responding to my emails immediately, always offered helpful suggestions for local tours/transportation and portage services and met our every request.
