The holiday home is located directly on the beach in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Hvar, with direct beach access.
Ideal for families with children or romantic couples who want to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, an additional sofa bed, a dining kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower.
The house, Casa Poseidon, is located 7m from the waterline directly on the beach.
The large terrace of the house offers its own area with a view of the sea and the beach.
After a swim in the sea, a freshwater shower is available here.
The house has approx. 50 sqm of living space + 30 sqm terrace with an outdoor freshwater shower. The bay of Zarace consists of a small collection of weekend houses, 8 kilometers from the town of Hvar.
The bay is busy during the main season, with life happening on the terraces of the restaurants and on the beach.
You cannot drive directly into the bay by car. The car park is located about 100 m away in the parking lot of the neighboring restaurant.
A wheelbarrow is available for transporting luggage. The capital city of Hvar and the ferry port town of Starigrad are both easily accessible at a distance of 8 km. A beautiful, designated dog beach can be reached 8 minutes' walk from the house. Old hiking trails lead from the bay of Zarace towards Milna or Dubovica. In front of the house, there is a jetty for motorboats.
These can also be rented from various providers in the town of Hvar. The house has been stylishly built and furnished.
Terracotta tiled floors, old solid wood doors, and an old Franklin stove complete the picture of the house. Please note that any tourist tax that may be due is not included in the total price.

Toller Ort zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und schön. Wir waren ganz allein. Das Haus ist einfach und mit allem ausgestattet. Sollte etwas fehlen gibt es direkt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Einzig allein die Dusche kostet Geduld, weil nach dem Duschen alles überschwemmt ist.
