Holiday like a king? What could be better than being in a quiet street in one of the most beautiful urbanisations in Menorca, and having your house situated right on the edge of the cliff, with a spectacular view over the whole cove, the beach, the sea and the pine forests? A house whose name lives up to its promise. The garden with its beautiful swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, invites you to enjoy nature and the breathtaking views right there and to make a life here.
The interior of the house is absolutely up to expectations. The ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the garden. A bedroom and bathroom are located on this level. On the first floor there is another pleasant surprise: in addition to the two bedrooms facing the sea side, with incredible views, there is another bedroom which, together with a sitting room and bathroom, forms a suite with its own separate entrance via an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing that doubles as a terrace. Perfect and absolutely charming. Just as we said, a house to live like a king.
Naturally the whole house is fully equipped and has three modern bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub. There is WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
As for the surroundings, the house is connected to the rest of the urbanisation by a "secret" staircase leading down to the beach. So you can reach the beach directly and in no time at all, whether you want to swim in the sea or go on to the shops and bars. It is an ideal location. Practically in front of the house begins a stage of the famous "camí de cavalls", one of the most beautiful stretches, walking through the pine forest from Cala Mitjana to Cala Trebaluger. For those who like hiking or for those who prefer unspoilt coves, a paradise, a recommended walk at any time of the year as it is a protected route through the forest.

Lovely property with amazing views. Walk to the resort centre was a reasonably hilly but all paved and well lit.Resort was quiet due to it being very early in the season but did find enough restaurants for our stay and the small supermarket met our needs.Overall very relaxing week.
