Property Description
The house is located on the old Adelbodenstrasse, about 7 km from Frutigen and Adelboden.
In spring and autumn, the farming section is used by a local farmer.
The house was completed in 2002 and offers, in addition to fantastic mountain views, a certain level of comfort that is not a given at this altitude and in this secluded location.
You will always have clean drinking water, electricity, sanitary facilities, and plenty of space! New alpine hut at 1500 meters above sea level, large simple kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a 2-burner hot plate, cheese-making equipment, large living room with a wood-burning stove, shower, and toilet room, storage room.
On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and 2 slanted attic rooms, each with 2 beds.
A cot is available upon request.
Wonderful views of the mountain panorama from the house, located in absolute tranquility.
Starting point for many hikes into unspoiled landscapes.
Car access approx. 1/2 KM via a dirt road.
Pets are welcome. Wood available upon request - CHF 10.00 per bag. Miscellaneous Wood for the Swedish stove and the wood-burning cookstove can be purchased optionally on-site for CHF 10.00 per bag. Bath towels are not provided. If arriving with pets, proof of liability insurance must be submitted to the landlords after booking.
If no liability insurance exists, a deposit of CHF 300.00 must be paid.
Please contact the landlords after booking to discuss the arrangements. Getting There Arrival from 2 PM Departure by 10 AM In Frutigen, leave the bypass via the "Frutigen Süd" exit towards Adelboden until you reach Achseten.
Follow the sign for "Elsigbach" and turn left immediately after the second bridge towards Elsigbach.
At the Elsigbach valley station, turn left onto Alte Adelbodenstrasse.
On this road, take the fourth turn-off on the right, which leads onto a dirt road.
Follow this dirt road until you reach the alpine hut.

Es war eine tolle Woche mit perfekter Umgebung. Einfache Unterkunft mit aber sehr grosszügigem Raumangebot. Der Brunnen vor dem Haus war wie ein privater Pool :-). Geschirr hat für 6 Personen gerade so gereicht.
